What payment methods are available?

• You can use Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Payment via credit card, direct bank transfer and payments via Klarna.

How does the payment via Klarna work?

• From the invoice date, you usually have 14 or 30 days to settle your invoice.

• You pay once you have received the goods.

• You can overview all your invoices at any time in the Klarna app.

How can I use discount codes or gift cards?

• Any discount codes or gift cards can be used in the checkout process before the payment.

How long does the shipping take?

• All orders will be shipped to our customers within 48 hours and will arrive at the customer 1-3 working days later.

How much are the shipping costs?

• The shipping costs amount to 4,99€ per order.

Do you ship outside of Germany?

• Yes, we ship worldwide, the shipping costs for orders outside of Germany will be calculated separately before your order. 

How can I return products?

• Please contact support@lacuneofficial.com within a maximum of 14 days after delivery and we will send a return label to you.
  

• The return request has to be made within 14 days of delivery, all other returns can not be processed anymore.

• The right to a return expires as soon as the hang tag is removed from the product.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

• The costs for the return (4,99€) will be deducted from your refund.
